Welcome to Menarock Life, a respected provider of high quality residential aged care.
At Menarock Life our first investment is in providing excellent care, so we select staff with the skills to support our care philosophy.
This starts with whom we select for our senior staff; our CEO and key Managers are all registered nurses. Their focus is on caring for our residents. The first question we ask about a prospective resident is ‘how can we help you?’.
A full life is our desire for all our residents and we have designed our care, lifestyle and dining around living your life.
Our model of Life Care is both personal to each of our residents and supported by skilled staff. Good care requires experience and skill and our homes are lead by registered nurses with more registered nurses in attendance 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We also style individual care plans to match your needs. These are reviewed regularly by our nursing staff to ensure they provide continually the support you need.
Our Life Care program includes regular physiotherapy, podiatry and dietary plans to meet your own unique needs.
Our Live Life program designs activities around you. When you move into Menarock Life residence we will be interested in learning more about you. We will ask you to tell us all about yourself; your interests, likes and dislikes. You can choose activities independently, with family and friends or with groups of like-minded people in our purpose and spacious activities areas.
Your interests need not be confined to indoors as all our residences have well maintained and spacious outdoor gardens and activity areas.
Our Dining Life includes meals designed to be like home, including meeting your individual tastes which extends to a glass of wine with your evening meal at no extra cost. Our main meals include choice of mains and accompanying vegetables and we cater for special dietary needs. All our meals are freshly prepared at the residence.
There’s plenty of it too, with three meals, morning and afternoon tea and supper to finish; not to forget cakes and treats for birthdays or anniversaries.
Families play an important part in the life of our community and are welcome at any time. This extends to volunteers and our local community of which we are a part.
Our staff too are a vital component of our community and share in its life, many are long serving employees who have built strong and close relationships with residents and their families.
We take pride in developing our staff and in providing an atmosphere which means we rarely call on temporary staff to assist with care.
Our unique smaller homes are designed to be homes away from home. You will find our bedrooms are bright, many with garden outlooks. The homes have separate dining, living and activities areas and come with well-maintained gardens with sitting and BBQ areas, which families also can use.
We have single and shared companion rooms which can cater for each individual need.
